HOW IT WORKS:
I offer a complimentary 20 minute initial phone conversation to help us both assess if we are a good match for doing this work together.
Typically clients then begin with a 90 minute evaluation session to help you identify your goals, strengths, and challenges.
On-going work is usually done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, for a set length of time - often 6 weeks. At the end of that period, continued work will be renegotiated. Specific homework will be suggested in-between sessions, and I will ask you to email me about your process prior to our sessions.
Appointments are available on a flexible basis, including weeknights, and weekends.
